Laboratory Experiments
In order to participate in experiments conducted by researchers of the Economics Department at Texas A&M University, a currently enrolled student has to register online.
By registering for laboratory experiments, you indicate your intention of taking part in experiments conducted by the ERL researchers.
Rules for laboratory experiments
For each experiment, a certain number of registered persons will get an invitation email. We will send this email to the account that you register today.
When you receive an invitation email please click on the link to sign up for a session that works best with your schedule. By clicking on the link and scheduling a time, you indicate your commitment to participate.
Participation in the experiments will be compensated in cash paid to the subject at the end of the experiment. The amount depends on the participant's and other participants' decisions during the experiment.
Participation in the experiments is voluntary.
Please make sure and bring a student ID or photo ID with you when you come to the lab to participate in an experiment. This will help verify the subject's enrollment in the experiment.
It is very important that subjects arrive on time and are prepared to stay for the entirety of the experiment. Many experiments require a certain number of participants and can't run without enough people. So please make sure and arrive 10 minutes before the experiment is scheduled to start.
